How to use Compress files online
Package one or more files into a ZIP download.
Step-by-step
Use Compress files in three quick steps
- Choose a permitted file. Select the file you own or have permission to process in the Compress files workspace.
- Set the result you need. Files are compressed locally in the browser; choose up to 50 MB total.
- Create and download. Browser-local prepares the result; review it, then save the new copy.
Before you begin
Keep your original file as a backup and only process content you are authorised to modify. If you are signed in, open My account to review completed tool usage and any active membership dates.
